What are the best ab exercises to get a great six pack?

who needs exercises….. have lots of Pizzas, burgers, donuts, cheese, beer, sodas… they all helped so much that my six packs combined into one big pack….

Your probably a hardgainer…like me. You need to watch your diet carefully so that you dont lose any more weight. Probably the best thing for you to do, providing you have minimal belly fat is to focus on the midsection using targeting intense abdominal exercises. Do it consistently and be patient..it will come.

To tone your muscles you need to do two things: Build muscle and lose fat! Strength training consisting of abdominal and whole body exercises will help burn fat, boost your metabolism while increasing muscle size, definition and strength. You need to train your abs like you would any other muscle when building size and strength. High resistance, low reps. A good rule of thumb is about 8 – 12 reps for 2 – 5 sets till you reach complete muscle fatigue.
You want to really overload your abdominals so adding resistance to normal crunches is a simple way to do this, also cable crunches, dumbbell side bends and barbell roll outs are the best resistance abdominal exercises by far.
