i was looking for answears on this and i seen something that someone said if you stand straight up against a wall and take a deep breath and hold it in for as long as can and do that a couple times, but i dont think that is true. and for my biceps i was thinking using a dumbell and just go up another 5 pounds every 2 weeks or whenever it feels light to me, and doing pull ups and pushups and stuff like that. so can someone tell me what they think about that and give me other things i could do.
