What types of ab exercises will develop my abs the quickest? Also what exercises will get rid of the last little bit of fat i have in my lower stomach. I only have it when i sit down, but i want it gone. Will ab exercises get rid of it? because i have been running 3 miles everyday and working out and cant seem to lose it. lol

What I don’t understand is that when I stand up, my stomach is flat and toned-looking with a little definition to it, but when I sit down, I look like I’ve got quite a belly. I’m not fat at all or over weight/under weight, and in the morning obviously my stomach is empty from fasting so it is flat when I sit down.
Other than the mornings, every time I sit, I look chubby. My question is, do I have to work all that off before getting a six pack? I do cardio, the treadmill, ab lounge, crunches, curls, planks, dumbells, resistance bands, I dance, all that, the whole shebang.

I’m sweating while on the treadmill, doing floor crunches and ab lounge crunches, it hurts like hell but since I am toning up slowly, Its starting to feel good (almost like a good stretch) every time I do crunches and short repitions as I flex my ab muscles. I’m seeing a slight line going down my upper abs, is this the start of a six pack? Or am I mistaken?

Anyone know something about ab muscles cramping?

I have six pack abs but technically it kind of looks like a seven pack. My right side has 3 normal ones. My left side has a little one on the top. It kind of makes my abs look uneven. Anyways, in the past, I would get a cramp in my ab muscle. The seventh pack(the left top one) would cramp up and it would pertrude and stick way out.
It doesn’t happen often, but it happened today and I had to turn on my stomach and just stretch it out like crazy. More than the usual cramps that I got in the past.
Anyone know what this could be?
A hernia?

What is the fastest way to get abs?

I am a swimmer who NEEDS get abs to help lower my times. But I would also like abs for looks, too. I believe my abs are pretty strong, though. I did 77 sit-ups in 1 minute during the fitness test in school. I set the school record. However, you can not see any six pack abs or anything on my stomach. How do I get six pack ab the quickest way possible without stuff like protein drinks??

Can I get a Six Pack in 4 Months?

I am 15, I am around 5,9" and I am tested at 11% body fat (which from what I here is very good) I have a good diet and I am starting to do some ab exercises ex: stomach crunches, rockies, etc. I also do 100 push ups a day and run 1 mile-2 miles a day, will I get results of a 6 pack or close in just 4 months?

How long for a six pack (abs not beer)?

I used to have a big stomach, but now with a little excercise, it got slightly smaller. Pretty much flat wen I lie down and stretch out. I’m 16, 5’11 and weigh around 174 (and dropping) I’m eating healthily now and trying 2g2 the gym as often as i can (at least 4 days a week) I also try to do an ab routine every other day. how long will it take me to lose my stomach, and then eventually see my abs?

ok i have been doing alot of ab-working excercises fer pe lately (past month) and when i look at my stomach i see faint lines. When i sorta bend over i can see deep imprints on my stomach, six of them. Am I getting close to a 6-pack?

OK well I’m 12 year old boy going through puberty. So ya I started doing six pack ab work outs. It was all fine up to the point where my stomach got bigger. Is this like a bad thing or a good thing. Oh and another thing I way about 84 pounds and skinny.

ok , I’m 11 88 pounds 5"1 but that really isn’t relavant , anyway I’m trying to do 200 crunches a day to get a flatter and more toned mid section i plan on getting a six pack in my later years, what type of crunches would give me a good workout and how do I do them. sites are welcome =) . Right now I do the stanard crunch , and the one with you’re legs in the air. If you have any tips on six packs or crunches you’re welcome to share.

I have been on a regiment for 3 months now and have lost 35 pounds. I do weight lifting 3 times a week and do ab exercises. My stomach is still flabby and I have a ways to go. I drink pretty much only water, with the occasional diet soda once or twice a month. I dont eat a lot of sugars but i do eat some and i eat healthy and keep under 1500 calories. Is this good after 3 months? Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get tighter abs? Anything I can do to make the weight loss go faster? Or am I at the right pace? Any help would be great and thank you in advance.

1. i just have a little bit of stomach fat , my abs are somewhat visible .
2. i will also do ab exercises every other day ex. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday .
3. i do a half body portion workout 2 days a week my Upper Body – on Monday my Lower Body – on Wednesday and Full Body – on Friday .
4. im not really on a diet but i eat healthy ; not alot of junk food weekly .

I do workouts every other day for my abs but i am not really noticing much reesults. I have been doing them for about over month now and people can barely tell i work out my abs. I am not fat so i do not have to lose stomach fat, all i have to do is gain muscle. I am 5’8 and 122 lbs. Any ideas for ab workouts that will really define my abs and will make them more noticeable

I have a little stomach fat, not a lot but a little. I recently have started cardio workouts on an exercise bike in my home for 45 mins., I also do crunches on the ab roller and lift weights 3 times a week, sometimes just 2 times a week. Cardio every day though. Possibility of someone with stubborn fat revealing a six pack in 2 months. I eat 6 small meals a day. I’ve been seeing results after 2 weeks of working out. However, I think now, it’s slowed down and it’s being stubborn in coming off. Keep at it and it should eventually come off, correct?
