a lot of people talk about how its not ab work outs make a sixpack, but a low body fat.
and how everyone has a six pack, theres just a layer of fat covering it.
if this is so how come really skinny people dont have a six pack??

Im 13, 5’6" and weigh 125. I’ve had no junkfood or pop for 2 weeks. Im kinda muscular already but what exercises and workouts should I do so i can get a six pack? Should I run and jumprope? If so then how long? Also what ab workouts are good like what kinda crunches and stuff. thanks

I’m 15 years old, 5’2, and I weigh 120 pounds. I really am not that strong right now. I was wondering how I could get a six pack and stronger arms by summer. I have two six pounds dumbbells, a mini trampoline, a stationary bike and an ab lounger.
I live in the north, so I won’t have a swimming pool for another seven months! Or I could pay a bunch of money to use an indoor one.
I am willing to put forth the effort.

I’m so close because when I flex I can see a ”six-pack” but I don’t flex my stomach is flat with maybe the first two ab muscles showing..

i am an exceptional athlete but my body doesn’t reflect that. i know some people think it looks gross but i want a six pack sooooo badly. is this a good diet plan. if not can anyone help me?
1 egg for breakfast
half a turkey and cheese sandwhich for lunch
the other half for a snack after school
and a protein food for supper.
exercise: ab excersices and running non-stop for ten min.

i want my stomach to get stronger and i kind of want a six pack. would an ab roller thing work? its that thing you lay out and do crunches?

I’m 19 year old guy who recently lost 15 kg through diet and exercise. I Used to weigh 100 kg and now I’m 85 kg. I was very happy to lose all that weight except that now my stomach looks so bad cuz i used to have a belly and now loose skin seems to be hanging. What shud i do to tighten my stomach so that my six pack would show. I already do a lot of ab exercises and I don’t want to do any form of cosmetic surgery. Anyone know any other ways?

I do situps 3 days a week(Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday) and I also do the ab lounge XL those same days. Ive been starting to do cardio(I now do cardio everyday jumping jacks and riding my bike a mile or 2) 4 days ago and have been doing ab workouts for a month. I’m 5’5" and 110lbs and am very athletic so obviouslly i have a small belly. would i have a six pack before summer?

ive been doing ab workouts for a while now and ive seen a little progress. I was wondering people were saying you have to run to get that fat off. How long does it take to get a six pack and how long should i run for to get some of that fat off

hey im 16 5ft5 and i jst started taking creatine i take 5g a day, for my ab exercise i do ab ripper x 339 and as my cardio i lift weights. my nutritious plan is usually what my mum cooks. will creatine affect my ability to get a six pack? will i be able able to get a six pack with creatine? is it going to take longer or the same?

I am playing football as a freshman in HS. On occasion, I will eat grapes or apples during the day and i don’t drink any pop. I don’t really eat healthy at all. But, could I still workout alot and still get a six-pack? Do cardio exercises really work?(running,swimming,walking,riding bike). Also, do the videos on youtube like the one that has the title Ab Workout(six pack abs) really work and if i do them i will get one?

I want a six pack. Simple as that. I do about 500 crunches a night, and it’s working pretty well. Any other suggestions? I only have one lower ab workout…

If you look, you can see like two lines(in the area where the six pack is) that look sunk-in and a few smaller ones. And if I touch my Stomach, i can feel some bumps that poking out. I been trying to increase my Ab exercises and double the amount i do(not to the point that i literally over-train).

I am 16 years old, im 5’9 and weigh 135. My BMI is on the verge of being underweight. I have a flat stomach already and ive been doing ab excersises for about 2 weeks now. I have seen minimal results. I am very active and i ride my bike, run, and play basketball daily. I also rarely eat junk food. What else can i do to get a six pack in 2 months. Or is it even possible for me to get a six pack in 2 months?

Are ab exercises with no equipment, weights, and all that good enough to get a six pack? If so, how many should i do a day? How many crunches, sit ups, leg rises, and all that should i do a day? And how long would it take? Im not fat so it wouldnt take that long…but i got abdominal fat…how can i burn it all off?
