for some reason icant get a six pack. my diet is great so all ineed is a BETTER routine
my routine is:
-weighted crunches (100)
-elbow to knees(twisted crunches) (50)
-ankle touches (50)
-planks (1 min)
-side planks (1 min each arm)
then i repeat each
Can somebody PLEASE find me one of those tee shirts that have the fake six pack and muscles on them???? i can find the bikini type but i need it for a guy. ahh!!! please help!
Ok can someone tell me if this is true: If you are thin but cannot see a six pack that means that there is a layer of fat covering them.
ok… but u can see my abs and even a six pack when i flex so does this mean there are stilll fat on them

I feel muscles on my stomach when I lie down to do crunches and it even has the shape of a six pack, but it becomes completely flabby and bouncy when I stand up straight. I want to get true six pack abs.
