I know you have to get down to a low body fat percentage to see your six pack.
But is it useless to do ab exercises while you are losing the weight, or will your abs be toned right when you do lose enough weight?

Hey! I’m 15 and I really want a six pack. Right now I have pretty large arms and just an all around strong upper body. I’m one of the strongest guys at my school and all around have a pretty toned body, EXCEPT MY ABS! Sometimes I’ll like 2 pack but that’s about it. So does anyone have a workout they do that get’s someone toned abs fairly quickly?

I am 14 years old and I want to get a six pack. I am about 6"2 and weigh 135 pounds. For the past 4 days I have been using the Ab Slider for about 10 minutes daily. Is this good to do? If so, how long would it take to see a small six pack? Would I have to diet? I don’t really gain any weight, When I ate loads of ice cream I lost 10 pounds.

Am I able to get a six pack even if I do not eat much protein and calories each day, but if I do lots of cardio exercise along with ab work outs like sit-ups, pull-ups, etc.? I’m just wondering, because many people tell me that getting six pack abs is all about eliminating the fat between, on top, and around the ab muscles.

I currently have about 2 1/2 of the 6 pack, and i do an ab workout of about 6 straight minutes of crunches and 4 sstraight minutes of leg lifts every other day. I run 5 miles after school every day. Am i on the right track? I also eat right and count my calories.

well i got a question so far this summer ive droped weight from 172 to 155 my goal is to weight from 138 to 140 so i got at least 15 more pounds to go. After i drop to my goal i wont want to focus on just going to the gym to run im gonna want to focus on trieng to get stronger arms and maybe a six pack. Is it nessesery to do ab workouts like sit ups or can i just do arm work outs cus i really dont like to do ab work outs i prefer just lifting weight. So my question is can you get a six pack from just lifting weights or do you have to do work outs that focus on abs.

Hey guys, I’m a guy in my early teens (nearly 14), I’m I’ve realised I’m fairly weak, and as a result I’ve decided I want to get some simple ab definition (not a six-pack, but something you can see). I’ve read that you need to have low body fat, but because I’m very thin already (as in you can see the bone in my wrist when I move my hand) I think I’m ready to get straight to the nitty-gritty. So, how many reps can I do a day? I was able to do 2 reps (50 per rep if I’m correct) fairly easily with a short 2 minute break at the half way mark.

I am 14 years old.. About 6’0-6’1 and 150 pounds. I’m not fat at all but I want a six pack. I do crunches and different ab exercises 4 times a week but I know you need to eat well. What should I eat to get an amazing 6 pack?

I have pectus excavatum and its minor but ive been doing ab exercises for a while now and i have a 4 pack not a six pack. I was wondering if its possible to get a six pack with pectus excavatum because my chest is sunken a little bit and i was wondering if thats where the other ab muscles are and if pectus excavatum is preventing me from being able to get a 6 pack.

I am a white 16 year old male. I weigh 155 pounds and am 6 ft tall. I run 5-8 miles a day and usually do weights with a 10 minute ab workout or run 3 miles and do a 20 minute kettle bell workout with a 10 minute ab workout. Now I just started doing the 10 minute ab workout how long will it take to get a six pack. Also how many calories should I eat with workout included. Thanks.

- Running on the treadmill for 30 minutes.
- 100 sit-ups a day
- Eating right
- 30 ab twists (Russian twists)
- Plank for 3 minutes a day
How far will this get me? Can I even get a six pack from this? If so, how long will it take?

I was wondering if it was possible to get a six pack from using Daily Ab Workout for iPhone (its an app). There are two different workouts you could use and I will list what they include below, during the workout you can do each exercise for a total of 30, 45, or 60 seconds. Here are the workouts:
Workout 1:
-Basic Crunch
-Right Oblique Crunch
-Left Oblique Crunch
-Bicycle Crunch
-Reverse Crunch
-Long Arm Crunch
-Crossover Crunch
-Half Curl
-Vertical Leg Crunch
&&
-Plank
———————
For the second workout you do:
-Half Curl Back
-C-Sit Rotation
-In-Out Teasor
-Heel Taps
-Straight Leg Reach
-Bent Knee Curl Up
-Straght Leg Curl Up
-Diagonal Crunch
-Right Side Plank
&&
-Left Side Plank
Forgot to add I also run Half Marathons.

I want a six pack. I currently have a 5 pack and my sixth ab is starting to show. I run seven days a week doing my cross country training. I eat a low calorie high protein that way I can burn calories to get cut. I am 5 10 and I weigh 150. I do ab excercises and have a pretty good routine that I do 5 to 6 days a week. I think I am doing everything I can to get abs. Can anyone think of anything else. Also, do I really need to lose more weight in order to get a six pack because I am getting pretty light weight trying to get a six pack. I already lost 15 pounds but now I have more definition than ever before.
