Can i get a six pack if I…..?

Am I able to get a six pack even if I do not eat much protein and calories each day, but if I do lots of cardio exercise along with ab work outs like sit-ups, pull-ups, etc.? I’m just wondering, because many people tell me that getting six pack abs is all about eliminating the fat between, on top, and around the ab muscles.

I’m 15 years old and I’ve been working out since the middle of last year (2008) I am about 117 pounds. What I don’t understand is that when I stand up, my stomach is flat and toned-looking with a little definition to it, but when I sit down, I look like I’ve got quite a belly. I’m not fat at all or over weight/under weight, and in the morning obviously my stomach is empty from fasting so it is flat when I sit down.
Other than the mornings, every time I sit, I look chubby. My question is, do I have to work all that off before getting a six pack? I do cardio, the treadmill, ab lounge, crunches, curls, planks, dumbells, resistance bands, I dance, all that, the whole shebang.

I’m sweating while on the treadmill, doing floor crunches and ab lounge crunches, it hurts like hell but since I am toning up slowly, Its starting to feel good (almost like a good stretch) every time I do crunches and short repitions as I flex my ab muscles. I’m seeing a slight line going down my upper abs, is this the start of a six pack? Or am I mistaken?

how long until I get a six pack?
like I will flex my ab muscles. I can feel my ab muscles it’s just under some belly fat.

i am 15 and a half, and I am aguy. I jsut have some belly fat and lovehandles, and i really want to lose them fast and have a nice set of abs. I have pectus excavatum and its minor but ive been doing ab exercises for a while now and i have a 4 pack not a six pack. I was wondering if its possible to get a six pack with pectus excavatum because my chest is sunken a little bit and i was wondering if thats where the other ab muscles are and if pectus excavatum is preventing me from being able to get a 6 pack.

flat stomach, not a six pack?

so my friend michael and i were talking, and he was saying how gross he thinks it is when girls have like, extreme "guy" six-packs. so i’m wondering, is it possible for me to loose the rest of my stomach i want to get rid of, to get a flat stomach, but NOT a six-pack? obviously it will involve ab exercises and sculpt my muscles, but can i get it flat, without sick-pack lines+muscle buldges showing?

after a thanksgiving feast, i know its important to have a good workout the next day. any ideas of excercises to build a six pack, i’ve heard its worst to isolate the ab muscles…

I’m a 21yr old male, 6′ tall, around 155-160 pounds and my waist is 31-32. I know I’m not fat at all but I just feel that i have this thin layer of fat around my abs that is keeping my muscle from showing through. I mean, i do ab work out pretty regularly and I can feel the definition with my hands but when i have my shirt off it doesn’t show at all, it looks more like I have a little "pudge" (when i sit down it kinda folds too but i guess that is normal?). The muscles on my upper abs actually show through a little bit when I flex but the lower abs are what I really want to change.

Almost 2 months ago I completely stopped drinking sodas and drink only water. I also make healthy food choices as much as possible. I still do drink on the weekends but I cut back already.

What is the best way to get rid of that little fat? Is there a more targeted exercise or technique that can focus on that area and get me the results I want?

i do ab exercises occasionally, but there is still a layer of fat around them. after completeing the exercises my abs feel harder and are closer to the surface but i don’t know how to get rid of it and how long will it take? also, i don’t want to diet, because i also want to gain muscles mass.

How Quick can I get a six pack?

I keep seeing things telling me to lose body fat. Well, Im a pretty damn skinny dude, so I dont have to worry aout the fat part. I want to know, how do I get my ab muscles to be ripped, and how quickly can I do it?

well i have been working out alot regularly walking 2 miles daily in evening,
running in morning and yah ofcourse toning workout and definately lost

I’m not overweight. I weigh 145 pounds and am 5’7". I just want to find a good diet to live a healthy lifestyle, put on some muscle (not much; I have a lean figure), and lose the little bit of flab I have on my tummy. How to get a six pack?

I am a very fit 15 year old male who wants to show off to the girls my hot body. Im fairly good in all catagories accept my abs. I have a fairly good ab routine that works me pretty good, and immediatly im done i do have the outline of like a 4 pack. But after 15 minutes that seems to disappear. I want to know how to keep the tone in my ab muscles. What are some workouts or things i can do to help.

im 6 foot 160 pounds not fat……..i play football. i run regularly and weightlift 4 times a week,i wanna get a six pack but i heard you have to have really low body fat for it too show…..or since im not done growing my ab muscles haven’t fully developed yet thats why i cant get a sixpack ??
