Six pack help and info needed PLZZZZ?

ok , I’m 11 88 pounds 5"1 but that really isn’t relavant , anyway I’m trying to do 200 crunches a day to get a flatter and more toned mid section i plan on getting a six pack in my later years, what type of crunches would give me a good workout and how do I do them. sites are welcome =) . Right now I do the stanard crunch , and the one with you’re legs in the air. If you have any tips on six packs or crunches you’re welcome to share.

Also do crunches help make my stomach firmer?

And
Will swimming 21 laps (back and forth ) across the pool give me a good ab workout?

I’m ona club track team and all the girls and guys have six packs eight packs etc., including me. I dont do any ab exercises an neither do most of the people on my team. although i do alot of squats and stuff with my legs, can you get a six pack from doign squats? i have a hard tme explaining to people why ive got a cut tummy. :)

What is the best way to strengthen your arms, legs, back, and ab muscles? What is the best stretch? What is the best way to use weights?

Am i doing this ab exercise right?

The twist abs one that helps side obliques for 6 pack. The most one i feel that burns is the regular situps where you cross arms. The leg raises is not so hard for me but i feel legs and abs at end. I tryed the ab twists one for side obliques and i dont really feel much. Mostly i feel shoulder and back. Am i doing this right

Is this a good ab exercise?

would karate kicks be a good ab exercise? and even a good cardio exercise?

like front kicks
side kicks
round house kicks

if you did all of them (like 50 each, both legs. total of 300) would it be a good exercise?
and if not why???

I have been working out and eating healthy everyday for the last 12 days. I’m 134-140 pounds and about 5’7”. Most of the weight is fat as I haven’t always been smart about what I eat and how often I exercise. But the last 12 days of eating fruits and vegetables and working out every day with ab work outs and loads of cardio has been great and i feel good.

My question is about how long with a steady diet and exercise plan like myself (below) would I be able to get a six pack, or at the very least a flat, toned stomach?

1. Foot-To-Foot Crunches x50 or more(Back off the ground touching my right hand to right foot and left hand to left foot.)
2. 3 Step Crunches (Crunch left, middle, right)x40 or more
3. Regular Crunches x30 or more
4. Sit ups x20
5. Sit ups with twist x10
6. Leg kicks x30 (some times called flutter kicks, laying on back and moving legs back and forth like swimming, w/o touching ground at all.)
7. Leg raises x15 (Laying down, legs sticking up, using my abs and arms to push them up to the ceiling)
8. Leg lifts x15 (laying down, legs never touch ground, lift them 90 degrees)
9. Jacknife Crunch x10-15 (Leg lifts with added crunch)
10. Push ups x25
11. Break (flex ab muscles for 1 whole minute.)
12. Repeat (depending on how i feel I either go at full, or half amount)

Then I’ll either go and bike for around 3-5 miles, or run for about 2 miles. This is just one day, and I plan on doing this for the rest of the 56 days.

Any suggestions? And how long until a six pack? is 2 months enough time to get a six pack?

How to keep My legs straight during ab exercises?

I joined an exercise class last month. We do ab exercises where someone stands over you and you hold on to their legs while they push your feet down. You have to keep your feet from touching the ground and bring them back up straight to start all over again. Its sort of like someone throwing your feet to the ground. Its very helpful but I have gotten to the point where My legs bend when doing these exercises. How do I keep them straight? It feels like they are too heavy to lift after doing them straight for a while and My knees begin to bend. Thanks!!!

Briefly describe your ab exercises. Do you know of an ab exercise that involves you sitting on the floor with your legs extended, then bringing your knees up to your chest, then extending your legs again? If so, can you describe this exercise in more detail?

What about this ab exercise?

I can lift my legs together until they are perpendicular to my body and slowly lay them on the floor. Can this be exercising the abs really well? I do feel some pull in the ab muscles.

Six Pack Ab Workouts for 15 year old male?

Hey, I was wondering if anyone knows any six pack ab workout’s for a 15 year old. I have been doing 100 or so of different types of sit ups a day (50 of each twice) which at first burned but now they really don’t affect me. I have been lifting weights at football all summer to try and bulk up but I really don’t know what kind of abdominal workout’s to do because they barely do any at my high school. I have been doing normal sit ups, Frog leg sit ups, Obliques, and sit ups where your legs are bend over a table or sofa or something. I really would appreciate any tips on how to develop my abs. Please help with ab workouts and six pack?

I’m a teen female and I am looking to get a six pack. I am involved in a crew team in which we run 1 mile everyday, do many ab/core workouts, run up and down stairs and of course, do the rowing machine. I was wondering if I should buy an ab lounge or just get the attachment for my perfect pullup bar where i can place my arms in the hanging strap things. It KILLS me to do situps and crunches on the floor (my back). So ab lounge or the straps for my perfect pullup bar? Thanks so much!
yeah I made an ab ball by filling a basketball with sand and duct taping the whole thing.

My lower back like right above my butt always curls up so I have an arch when I am doing some things with the ab ball. I hold the ball with my arms all the way extended behind my head and lift my legs up. The ball is like 15 pounds and I am 130. Is the ball too heavy? i dont know…

Is this a good lower ab exercise?

I read somewhere that laying on you back and holding you legs about 6 inches off the ground is a good exercise for your lower abs. I’ve also read that those types of exercises are bad your back. Has anyone tried this and if so does it work?

I still have lower back pain. I have done crunches on the floor and off while using gym equipment and still I have pain in my lower back.

Also I did some leg lifts were you balance yourself using your forearms and lift your legs up using the lower abs. But I didn’t feel my abs working just the upper muscles in my back.

Will I feel it eventually?

Six pack ab training for a girl?

I’m fourteen, (yes, still young, but ambitious!) I am a cheerleader and want to get a six pack. I have been training for a while, but I’m not sure if this will get me anywhere. I really want defined abs like this…

I have little stomach fat. And only about twelve percent body fat. I do exercise a lot.
If I do these workouts daily is it possible to get those toned abs even when I maintain a good healthy weight?

Planks for 30 seconds.
I do 30 regular crunches
30 crunches with my legs up ninety degrees.
30 crunches where I pull my hip bone area up with my feet still on the ground, as well as doing the crunch.
and finally 30 crunches where you pull your butt and legs up while only half your back really moves up.. Sorry I don’t know how to explain these very well!

But if you can help me out with anything I’m doing wrong! How long do you think it will to take to get a six pack if I keep this going?
