Can you get six pack abs just from doing planks?

I’ve seen people on the internet saying that planks are the most effective ab exercise, but I was wondering if they are powerful enough that you can get six pack abs with only planks and no other exercises?
I’ve been working on building my core for a couple months now, using workouts mostly from sixpackfactory.com, but I was wondering if I could get faster results/better definition from planks?

I have had my gut for as long as I can remember and am sick off it and I am determine to get a six pack ab, what cardio workout and exercises can I do and workouts? I eat healthy workout by lifting weights, do running and jogging, and got lots of energy to be working my ass off.

I’m 15, 125 pounds, and already have a six pack. My body fat percentage is around 6.5 to 7%.
I also do 100 pushups with the Perfect Pushup things, 40 pullups, a couple dumbelll exercises, and knee raises. I don’t have P90X yet.

what are some good workout routines and exercises that i can do over the next 7 weeks to get a six pack or even a four pack? i have the diet down, and the running and cardio…all i need are some really good ab workouts…any tips? i want this 4 or 6 pack within 7 weeks…

Possible to get a six pack in 1 month?

I am currently doing the six minute ab couch workout twice a day (Morning And Evening). I’m also starting running long distance every morning from tomorrow. Basically i just want to know if it is possible for me to get a six pack in 1 month from doing these exercises. I have been working out for about 2 months now but the abs are the ones i find hardest to train because the workouts are so intense, but now i’m determined to stick to it everyday untill i get some good results. I’m 6ft 3 , fairly skinny and can just about see my abs ( Just About! )

What is the best way to get six pack abs?

I know this includes eating right, exercising, and drinking a lot of water. How should I plan out my day to accompany an ab plan? So far, my day goes like so: Morning(3x a week)-yoga
(3x a week)-Jillian Micheals cardio
Eat Breakfast(usually cereal or Carnation Instant Breakfast)
Afternoon- I’m at school so no exercise
Eat lunch( some form of protein and some fruit)
Get home do homework and eat dinner
Go jogging for 30 minutes
Eat a snack
Are there any other exercises I can do or should I change my schedule? I rest on sundays.
I’m pretty thin but I still have some cub chub around my hips and lower abs so if anyone can help with that.

I’m trying to get more in shape im a 16 almost 17 year old male and have a little bit of a gut but am not like super fat so what are some exercises and things i need to do to get in shape and get a six pack? i have some 25 pound dumbells and a bar with just 30 pounds of weight at my house. i also have an ab lounge and ab tilt but think those are just crap…i dont know if they work.

So I need ways to get my abs to show MUCH more than they already do. Any tips and tricks and exercises and YouTube videos to really get them to show? Also if my stomach was tan would it help my abs to show? Does the Jergens tanning lotion help to get your stomach more tan? (I do weighted crunches where the dumbbells are behind my head supporting it, 22 lb. My abs can lift)

I already do 50 situps 100 on weekends 15 pushups 30 on weekends I eat moderatly healthy I want good exercises exercise links no diet crap I don’t want ANYTHING about eating I can’t change that so just the exercises and links Also nothing TOO hard like run 20 miles a day ,because I’m still a kid.
Also those of you saying 100 isn’t enough first it is over a long period of time and thats pretty good for a child and situps are better than crunches (Or at least the way I do them)

I want to shed some fat from my lower ab….so please tell me indoor exercises i can do that don’t require equipment I don’t want to build muscle UNDERNEATH the fat so i want to focus on losing and shedding fat

Why does my body shake when I do ab exercises?

I’ve been working out for about 8 months, but for some reason I still involuntarily shake when I do any kind of ab exercise (crunches, commanders chair, etc.). I thought by doing these exercises that I would stop shaking eventually. That hasn’t been the case. However, after about 20 crunches, I shake less, but I still shake. What is causing this, and what can I do to fix it?
