ok , I’m 11 88 pounds 5"1 but that really isn’t relavant , anyway I’m trying to do 200 crunches a day to get a flatter and more toned mid section i plan on getting a six pack in my later years, what type of crunches would give me a good workout and how do I do them. sites are welcome =) . Right now I do the stanard crunch , and the one with you’re legs in the air. If you have any tips on six packs or crunches you’re welcome to share.
Also do crunches help make my stomach firmer?
And
Will swimming 21 laps (back and forth ) across the pool give me a good ab workout?

In my daily email from What To Expect they say a pelvic tilt will help stregnthen ab mucels to relieve back pain, that isn’t a crunch is it? Can anyone give me good ideas on how to safely exercise my back or abs?
I have been working out and eating healthy everyday for the last 12 days. I’m 134-140 pounds and about 5’7”. Most of the weight is fat as I haven’t always been smart about what I eat and how often I exercise. But the last 12 days of eating fruits and vegetables and working out every day with ab work outs and loads of cardio has been great and i feel good.
My question is about how long with a steady diet and exercise plan like myself (below) would I be able to get a six pack, or at the very least a flat, toned stomach?
1. Foot-To-Foot Crunches x50 or more(Back off the ground touching my right hand to right foot and left hand to left foot.)
2. 3 Step Crunches (Crunch left, middle, right)x40 or more
3. Regular Crunches x30 or more
4. Sit ups x20
5. Sit ups with twist x10
6. Leg kicks x30 (some times called flutter kicks, laying on back and moving legs back and forth like swimming, w/o touching ground at all.)
7. Leg raises x15 (Laying down, legs sticking up, using my abs and arms to push them up to the ceiling)
8. Leg lifts x15 (laying down, legs never touch ground, lift them 90 degrees)
9. Jacknife Crunch x10-15 (Leg lifts with added crunch)
10. Push ups x25
11. Break (flex ab muscles for 1 whole minute.)
12. Repeat (depending on how i feel I either go at full, or half amount)
Then I’ll either go and bike for around 3-5 miles, or run for about 2 miles. This is just one day, and I plan on doing this for the rest of the 56 days.
Any suggestions? And how long until a six pack? is 2 months enough time to get a six pack?

I have little stomach fat. And only about twelve percent body fat. I do exercise a lot.
If I do these workouts daily is it possible to get those toned abs even when I maintain a good healthy weight?
Planks for 30 seconds.
I do 30 regular crunches
30 crunches with my legs up ninety degrees.
30 crunches where I pull my hip bone area up with my feet still on the ground, as well as doing the crunch.
and finally 30 crunches where you pull your butt and legs up while only half your back really moves up.. Sorry I don’t know how to explain these very well!
But if you can help me out with anything I’m doing wrong! How long do you think it will to take to get a six pack if I keep this going?

Hello everyone , i was wondering what a good six pack abs diet is.. Can you please just get to the point. Everyone who posts just talks and talks and its hard to find the info.. ill tell you some stuff now such as my workouts, weight , height , and daily intake.
Breakfast – Oatmeal Or Yogurt Or cereal most of times
Snack – sometimes , mostly yogurts
Lunch – Turkey Sandwiches or I dont know =/ probably popcorn with no salt or butter. ( at school i just drink water and have like a turkey wrap or so.
After School Snack – Yogurts i guess dont really know
Dinner – What ever My moms makes.. but mostly fish and chicken i like to eat
Workout – my coach gave me 1 (phase I and II ) constists of lunges , weights such as bench deadlifts , front bridges , pullups , and some stuff with dumbels.
- I added some Ab workouts such as laying down move feet like a bike and left oposite eblows to knees
- also lay down 6 inch off ground ur feet go up and crunches and stuff
- Im 5’6 ish maybe a little bit taller.
- Im about 132 Pounds
Also! When i crunch I can see My top 4 six pack abs.. only when i crunch.. Im trying to get some fat off the bottom part of my stomach.. Its not noticable with shirt on but without its just a little bit like a couple of pounds off my stomach. Please help me by
