I need a six pack, so it can help me running track. Track starts in one month.. I started to drink 8 glasses of water a day, and eating at least 100 grams of protein today (don’t know if that’s enough). I was thinking of doing taebo since it’s so cold outside and I can’t run. I know taebo is only for girls, but I have to do some type of cardio. =(.
so what ab workouts should I do? and how much protein should i take in everyday if i’m 130lbs.
to run track, you need a strong core.
As u can see i hardly have any abs now, i’m 17, cross country runner, im injured right now and not able to run for another 3-4 weeks, i want to work on my abs so i can be a more efficient runner wen i get back, i am also working on triceps and biceps, my question is, will ab exercises alone give me a ripped six pack, i have herd about doing cardio and stuff along with the exercises, but i have been doing alot of running(40 or more miles a week). Since i’m out of running now, all i can do is ab exercises, so will doing them ALONE give me the body i want??
these are the kind of abs i want..well forget his arms and chest, i know that will take time but is it possible for me to get his abs?? my stomach isnt hard and lumpy like i want it, its kinda soft
I do a variety of ab work but I want to work the area right where the belly button is.
Also, do the exercise people on TV have ripped abs from doing the ab work that they do on their shows? OR, do they use heavier weights to get the abs to develop?
What are some good ways to work the abs using the heavier weights? I’m finding that the regular variations on the crunches and stuff is not doing it even though I do a lot of cardio too.
Thanks.

If I did a lot of cardio and shed the layer of fat around my gut would I be able to get a sixpack without doing crunches/situps and ab workouts in general?

At the moment, i am walking/jogginy on my treadmill for 35minutes doing around 2.6miles daily. Also i have been doing 3 sets of 25 crunches on the gym ball, is that enough or should i do more, I am 5ft4 47kg, so i just need to lose weight off my stomach hence the cardio and the ab exercises!how long before i see results!
so what are come good ab workouts for right after cardio on the tredmill and also a good abs and upper body workout for like 30mins to 45mins without the cardio?
I started walking and jogging three times a week about a month. Other than that, I haven’t really exercised in years. I am not trying to lose weight, just tone up and lose my baby pooch. This class is supposed to include 30 minutes of intense ab workout and 30 minutes of challenging cardio and strength training. Just wanted to know whether or not I should find a less intense class or go ahead and join this one.
i mean a good workout at home for 30 minutes to guarentee a six pack?
i know about the running and cardio, but i still need a good ab workout at home for 30 mins?
