ok i got a belly but i know i got muscle when i flex my stomech i feel hard muscle in the ab area basically you can feel the six pack under the keg lol oh yeah im not fat fat but big 30% body fat

im 5ft 7 154lbs roughly 11% body fat and am currently working on bulking up. my final goal will be to be around 175-180 pounds after i have leaned. i basically want a six pack and want to know what is a great ab routine that will make my abs shine once i have burned fat in a few months. also how often should i train abs? i train everything else about once a week

Hey guys, I’m a guy in my early teens (nearly 14), I’m I’ve realised I’m fairly weak, and as a result I’ve decided I want to get some simple ab definition (not a six-pack, but something you can see). I’ve read that you need to have low body fat, but because I’m very thin already (as in you can see the bone in my wrist when I move my hand) I think I’m ready to get straight to the nitty-gritty. So, how many reps can I do a day? I was able to do 2 reps (50 per rep if I’m correct) fairly easily with a short 2 minute break at the half way mark.

Can I get a Six Pack in 4 Months?

I am 15, I am around 5,9" and I am tested at 11% body fat (which from what I here is very good) I have a good diet and I am starting to do some ab exercises ex: stomach crunches, rockies, etc. I also do 100 push ups a day and run 1 mile-2 miles a day, will I get results of a 6 pack or close in just 4 months?

I am currently age 16 at 5’7 and 120 lbs very little to no body fat. I was wondering if anybody could give me a good ab workout routine. I understand that you have to have a good diet and I have no problems with caloric or protein intake. I was also wondering if I have to cut out fats and junk food and such, since it really doesn’t effect me due to a very high motabilism. I would really appreciate it if anybody could set me up with a really hardcore workout routine that includes sets, reps, which exercises, ect. I would really like incredibly ripped abs, so if anybody knows an incredibly effective workout routine, I would really appreciate it.

I am about 5 feet 6 inches and weigh about 128 pounds. I am active everday playing on soccer, basketball, and lacrosse. I have under 4% body fat and eat healthy everyday. I lift and do ab exercises everyday but I can not seem to get a 6 pack instead of a 4 pack. Please let me know of any exercises or any way i can get a six pack or atleast why I cant get a six pack.

Ab Question: Skinny but unable to get six pack?

I am 19 5’10” about 140 maybe a little less. Very low body fat I could eat krispy kremes all day and lose weight. I havnt worked out much the last 6 months but before that when I was working out almost everyday and got up to 145 with a bench of 205 so I think its safe to say I am mostly muscle bone and not a lot else. I have a flat stomach but no defined abs to speak of even when I was training them pretty intensely. Both parents are also skinny so genetics are on my side. And the real kicker is that my abs are probably the best right now after not working out…(could maybe have something to do with walking far to class everyday now that Im in college). What do I need to do to get some abs? One thing I am considering is doing 100 situps everyday and maybe some sprints when it gets warmer. And to clarify on my build I’m not one of those skin and bones unathletic types I run a 4.4 or better and my dad ran a 4.3 and played running back at a D1 school(back when there still were white running backs). Any ideas from either trainers or personal experience would be appreciated.
Alright sounds like some ppl need clarification on a few things. Before my recent laziness I worked out at least 3 times a week correctly, covering all major muscle groups as was shown to me by a trainer. Did this for about a year and a half solid..hence the bench. I also pounded the protein powder and ate alot. As my hypertrophy routine pretty much hit a wall I started to work in more cardio and hit abs heavily while lightening to maintenance on everything else. For a normal ab workout that I did 3 times a week I did the hanging leg raising 5 sets of 20 with 5lbs weight on feet followed by either a superset of an ab machine and decline crunches or decline throwing the ball for 3 sets. This is why I think the however many situps a day might be the answer because while all the workout experts push the less fundamental exercises like hanging raises, Ive also heard the argument for plain old situps. Also bfp last time I checked using the online way I got 4% and 7% from 2 diff ways.

Do ab belts work for building a six pack?

I’m slim/skinny, my body fat is about 8% and I do quite a reasonable amount of exercise (3km uphill run + 50 situps + 20 crunches + 10 pushups every day) but I’m finding it hard to build up any muscle in the ab region.

Do ab belts work at all? Are the really cheap ones (sorta’ on ebay type) worth a try?
I don’t want to spend a fortune on one of the good ones, which can set you back over 0 if they don’t work.

Alternatively, do you guys have any advice on how to target muscle growth in that region. I have ordered some whey protein and creatine, which are 100% safe as far as I know, but I definitely don’t want to take any other supplements.

Im 16 years old. i am about 6 foot 165lbs. i am on an extremely healthy diet. I know that spot reduction is bologna, bogus. I do cardio such as jump rope ,running, and bicycle riding everyday. I lift weights often. I do crunches(proper form) about twice a week. I am very athletic and get about 2 hours a day of exercise. i know the key to getting six pack abs is to lose over body fat, but i am in an ideal weight. My stomach has some ab cuts, but its nowhere near how i want to look. any suggestions?

i read that if you want a six pack then you should have about 10% body fat. i dont think im anywhere near that number, but im skinny. so would would all the ab exercises just tone my stomach?

I was just curious if you can get a six pack with an Ab Lounge? If so, how much do you need to use it, like how often? Also, I would really like it if people that have used one to answer, but any answers are fine, I guess.

I have little stomach fat. And only about twelve percent body fat. I do exercise a lot.

I do 30 regular crunches
30 crunches with my legs up ninety degrees.
30 crunches where I pull my hip bone area up with my feet still on the ground, as well as doing the crunch.
and finally 30 crunches where you pull your butt and legs up while only half your back really moves up.. Sorry I don’t know how to explain these very well!

But if you can help me out with anything I’m doing wrong! How long do you think it will to take to get a six pack if I keep this going?
