Getting a six pack question?

well i got a question so far this summer ive droped weight from 172 to 155 my goal is to weight from 138 to 140 so i got at least 15 more pounds to go. After i drop to my goal i wont want to focus on just going to the gym to run im gonna want to focus on trieng to get stronger arms and maybe a six pack. Is it nessesery to do ab workouts like sit ups or can i just do arm work outs cus i really dont like to do ab work outs i prefer just lifting weight. So my question is can you get a six pack from just lifting weights or do you have to do work outs that focus on abs.

im 16 and and have 13% bodyfat i have a really faint six pack, i wanna clean up my diet and get a cut 8 pack, how often am i guna need to do cardio? and ab workouts? what food should i be eating? can you give me a guide to get a 8 pack within 6 months?

OK, so i was running everyday until my treadmill broke (it’s too hot outside). So i was wondering if it was possible to achieve a six pack by just doing pilates/ab workouts on TV and jumping on the trampoline? If so, does any one know of any good trampoline workouts? I have a full sized trampoline, not a personal little one.

Six pack without getting underweight?

Okay, I want a six pack, i have like a two pack. But the problem is i"m already 120lb and like 5’6 and a half. How can i melt off this small layer of fat without losing too much weight. If I lose anymore my parent will think I’m anorexic or something.

six pack abs diet??????????

hi i am trying to get six pack abs so im doing ab workouts every second day and going for a run every few days. I am also eating a lot less under 1500 calories(male) per day and eating only good foods. Will i get a six pack if i continue or will I just lose muscle by not eating enough?

If I don’t do ab exercises and do cardio with a lower calorie diet will I still get a six-pack? Also if I did ab workouts along with cardio will my abs be "bigger"?

I am 14 and almost 15….and I have been doing serious ab workouts for almost a year now…and i cant really see any abs…Some of the people next to me can see them, but i cant so i really sont know if i have them. I work really hard and Im starting to deit right. Am I able to get a real defined six pack at age 14?

I do have scoliosis ( spine curvature) which cause my right side of my abs to be like 2cm higher then the left. However, my left side is barely even showing while my right is coming out quite well. Does anyone here have scoliosis and have the same problem?? If so, how do i target left side more then the right and also tell me some better low ab workouts

A question about six pack abs?

I am 16 years old. I weigh 134 and i am 5’9". I have been doing ab workouts about 3-4 times a week for about 4 weeks. I don’t eat a lot of junk food and i drink a lot of water and eat a lot of fruit and veggies. I am very active and i play basketball everyday. I have noticed minimal gains in my abs. I haven’t been doing cardio though because i dont want to lose weight. I am on the verge of being underweight. Should i do cardio anyway? Can i get a six pack just by doing ab excersises?

I do workouts every other day for my abs but i am not really noticing much reesults. I have been doing them for about over month now and people can barely tell i work out my abs. I am not fat so i do not have to lose stomach fat, all i have to do is gain muscle. I am 5’8 and 122 lbs. Any ideas for ab workouts that will really define my abs and will make them more noticeable

When I was about 9-12 I did gymnastics (Intense) We did ab workouts all the time. I stopped doing gymnastics again, and lost my skills and have tried getting my six pack back, but I really don’t want to have to do extreme workouts like when I was in gymnastics. i am doing ab workouts and i feel that they are not very effective, maybe because of belly fat.
i am wondering if it would be more effective (faster to get abs) if i lost weight ( belly fat included) and then work on my abs.
