Im 14. I have a very slighty visable six pack. Sometimes you can just barely see it sometimes you cant. I do not have a lot of fat covering my abs at all. Im 98 lbs. I lift weights and do cardio, eat healthy and drink tons of water. I do a few hundred crunches and im going to start a ab workout program. Since my six pack is slighty visable, will I be able to get it in about a month?

Hey, i am working on a six pack, and i am wondering if i am on the right track. I currently have about 2 1/2 of the 6 pack, and i do an ab workout of about 6 straight minutes of crunches and 4 sstraight minutes of leg lifts every other day. I run 5 miles after school every day. Am i on the right track? I also eat right and count my calories.

I am a white 16 year old male. I weigh 155 pounds and am 6 ft tall. I run 5-8 miles a day and usually do weights with a 10 minute ab workout or run 3 miles and do a 20 minute kettle bell workout with a 10 minute ab workout. Now I just started doing the 10 minute ab workout how long will it take to get a six pack. Also how many calories should I eat with workout included. Thanks.

I was wondering if it was possible to get a six pack from using Daily Ab Workout for iPhone (its an app). There are two different workouts you could use and I will list what they include below, during the workout you can do each exercise for a total of 30, 45, or 60 seconds. Here are the workouts:
Workout 1:
-Basic Crunch
-Right Oblique Crunch
-Left Oblique Crunch
-Bicycle Crunch
-Reverse Crunch
-Long Arm Crunch
-Crossover Crunch
-Half Curl
-Vertical Leg Crunch
&&
-Plank
———————
For the second workout you do:
-Half Curl Back
-C-Sit Rotation
-In-Out Teasor
-Heel Taps
-Straight Leg Reach
-Bent Knee Curl Up
-Straght Leg Curl Up
-Diagonal Crunch
-Right Side Plank
&&
-Left Side Plank
Forgot to add I also run Half Marathons.

ok , I’m 11 88 pounds 5"1 but that really isn’t relavant , anyway I’m trying to do 200 crunches a day to get a flatter and more toned mid section i plan on getting a six pack in my later years, what type of crunches would give me a good workout and how do I do them. sites are welcome =) . Right now I do the stanard crunch , and the one with you’re legs in the air. If you have any tips on six packs or crunches you’re welcome to share.
Also do crunches help make my stomach firmer?
And
Will swimming 21 laps (back and forth ) across the pool give me a good ab workout?
aWow I’ve already decided a best answer =) but don’t stop responding!

I am already thin and in shape, but my stomach isnt as toned as I would like it to be. I already go to the gym pretty much everyday, and eat healthy, but i’ve never really focused on my stomach until now. If I start doing a regular ab-workout regimen, about how long will it take to get a toned stomach?

I am 19 5’10” about 140 maybe a little less. Very low body fat I could eat krispy kremes all day and lose weight. I havnt worked out much the last 6 months but before that when I was working out almost everyday and got up to 145 with a bench of 205 so I think its safe to say I am mostly muscle bone and not a lot else. I have a flat stomach but no defined abs to speak of even when I was training them pretty intensely. Both parents are also skinny so genetics are on my side. And the real kicker is that my abs are probably the best right now after not working out…(could maybe have something to do with walking far to class everyday now that Im in college). What do I need to do to get some abs? One thing I am considering is doing 100 situps everyday and maybe some sprints when it gets warmer. And to clarify on my build I’m not one of those skin and bones unathletic types I run a 4.4 or better and my dad ran a 4.3 and played running back at a D1 school(back when there still were white running backs). Any ideas from either trainers or personal experience would be appreciated.
Alright sounds like some ppl need clarification on a few things. Before my recent laziness I worked out at least 3 times a week correctly, covering all major muscle groups as was shown to me by a trainer. Did this for about a year and a half solid..hence the bench. I also pounded the protein powder and ate alot. As my hypertrophy routine pretty much hit a wall I started to work in more cardio and hit abs heavily while lightening to maintenance on everything else. For a normal ab workout that I did 3 times a week I did the hanging leg raising 5 sets of 20 with 5lbs weight on feet followed by either a superset of an ab machine and decline crunches or decline throwing the ball for 3 sets. This is why I think the however many situps a day might be the answer because while all the workout experts push the less fundamental exercises like hanging raises, Ive also heard the argument for plain old situps. Also bfp last time I checked using the online way I got 4% and 7% from 2 diff ways.

I am playing football as a freshman in HS. On occasion, I will eat grapes or apples during the day and i don’t drink any pop. I don’t really eat healthy at all. But, could I still workout alot and still get a six-pack? Do cardio exercises really work?(running, swimming, walking, riding bike). Also, do the videos on youtube like the one that has the title Ab Workout(six pack abs) really work and if i do them i will get one?

Thing are going great and I see abs, but I would like to know what other activities I can do to help lose weight, and get more solid abs. I do not have access to a gym, or can I buy any equipment, what excercise can I do to lose weight, and get more solid six pack abs???

For the past two weeks I have done many crunches, toe touches, and almost every ab workout. I’ve had a two pack before I started and now i still have a two. But it looks a little more toned and to me after how hard I work I should have a four pack or something. I eat right now and drink protein shakes. I eat alot of time during the day and small meals. Is there anything else I should do? If not when should I be getting the six pack I want?

Please don’t lecture over the whole, ‘It’s body fat, not muscular strength, blah, blah…" I know all about that. I am 15, weigh 141-142 lbs, and am 5’11. I am about a size 30 waist, I run 6 days a week and do an intense ab workout about twice a week. At this rate, how long will my six pack be completely visible?

Whenever I try to do pilates or any exercise for my abs I get a horrible sharp cramp near my rib cage, kinda under my right center breast bone. It really interferes with my ab workout hence my still Here pudgy belly! Has anyone else had this or knows what it is? It happens every single time I contract my abs!! It’s very frustrating.
