When I was overweight I used to do sit ups/ crunches a WHOLE lot. I noticed I didn’t get a 6 pack but I could do so many sit ups/ crunches. I got so good that I can do 200 in a row. Now that I have lost a bunch a weight I am noticing lines or cuts on my stomach that appear to be a six pack. do you think my 6 pack is coming in finally?

sorry for the story but any ways what is a KILLER ab work out?
