Also, pushups have nothing to do with your abs.
If you want abs you should be doin A LOT of sit ups, but not just standard ones. Find different exercises.
P90X offers a great ab workout. takes 15 minutes, it is about 349 sit up motions, and it works great
you already have the abs. its the fat thats preventing them from showing. cardio is a big deal when you want abs. grab your stomach while standing, if you grab more than a quarter inch of skin.. its fat. eat less and do more cardio…then move onto ab workouts. :D:D
Yes! I am a girl and it’s harder for girls to get "abs," but here is my daily workout i do to get and keep my abs! since your a guy it’ll be even easier for you to get a six pack, i’m a pole vaulter i need strong abs!
do each of theses until it burns, than add 5 more
- regular sit ups
- swimer kicks (lay on your back, hands under you butt, and kick your feet up and down, only 6 inches off the ground, and never let them touch until it burns, than add 5 seconds)
- push-ups
- negative push-ups (put your feet in a chair and do push-ups)
- bicycles (lay on your back, and put your feet in the air, and act as if your riding a bike)
- stretch
- hand weights (50 of each thing you can think of, curls-ups, ect.)
- run a mile a week
there! and eat protein within 30 minutes it’ll help keep tone!
well if you want that 6 pack do it often, but to start off slow and get that definition, my brother does like situps and pushups before he goes to bed and he’s been slowly getting definition, he’s still a stick figure but it works
Your body needs time to recover. Work out every other day. Or mix it up to do work out specific muscles every day.
