Lower Ab exercise (that little pouch area) question?

I got the ab roller and also do leg lifts… But what’s a good workout for toning that little fat pouch area above your pubic region?

The plank. If you cannot do a full plank use a modified one. The object is to maintain the position for one minute in sets of one to three movements daily. That will strengthen the transverse abdominals. That will help to flatten the wall but diet is also going to be important.

asi amgetting a pak but the bottom bit ist very good
sit ups and stuff may help basicly anything that uses that part of the body should help
cardio everyday ..you have to do this in order to burn fat. situps . aim for at least 100 a day ( more even better) and a calorie controlled diet
