I am 19 5’10” about 140 maybe a little less. Very low body fat I could eat krispy kremes all day and lose weight. I havnt worked out much the last 6 months but before that when I was working out almost everyday and got up to 145 with a bench of 205 so I think its safe to say I am mostly muscle bone and not a lot else.
