so yesterday i did my first ab workout, and then this morning my stomach felt really tight (a tiny bit sore). i was just wondering if this is normal.
I wanna have six pack abs. I already have one, if not THE best, body’s for a girl at my school, but I want my abs to be more defined. Does anybody know any good exercises (not crunches or situps or curlups)!?!!??!? Thanks!
so i have been doing sit ups everynight for over a year now, and i was hopeing for nice flat abs… but my six pack comming in seems to be kind of rollie and weird like this

Okay, well I’ve been doing this ab exercise, the uhh, bicycle maneuver. I was wondering how many calories you burn doing thi exercise for about, 5 minutes. Also, how effective is it? Like, how long would I have to do this to achieve abs, if i do this 2 times a day for 3 days a week?
sup peoples!!! I need to know what a good ab workout would be for me. Cause I have to go to several pool parties this summer. I have abs I just need to get more definition. I am about 5’5" 144lbs (FYI I’m not really that skinny or that fat I’m just heavy) PLEASE help me out here.

Just a warning for those who have low back problems; all of the exercises in this circuit are advanced abdominal exercises, involving more spinal flexion. So, if you do have low back problems, then you should skip this workout. To start out, you will do a stability ball Crunch, using a three second eccentric in place of the hanging leg raise. Do 15 reps for this exercise. Next, you’ll move immediately into a stability ball Rollout. So, with your knees on a mat, and your arms extended in front on the ball, keep your body in a straight line and stretch your abs by rolling the ball out, and then contract your abs to roll the ball back in. From here, you’ll go right into a X-Body Mountain Climber. In this exercise, start by getting in the regular push up position and then bring your opposite knee up to your opposite elbow and back out. Alternate sides. That’s it for the circuit. So rest, one minute and then repeat the circuit two more times for a total of three circuits. Ok can someone tell me if this is true: If you are thin but cannot see a six pack that means that there is a layer of fat covering them.
