If so, how long would it take to see a small six pack? Would I have to diet? I don’t really gain any weight, When I ate loads of ice cream I lost 10 pounds.

i’m in the teenage years and was wondering how long it would take me to get a nice visual six pack if i went swimming a few times a week and did some ab exercises later on?

How can I, a fifteen year old, get a six pack?
Pretty common question right? Well, that is what I am wondering about. I used to run a lot ( 10 mile runs every year, 5 ks, cross country team) But I have kind of fell out of running due to getting severely sick. While in bed for a long long time i gained a slight gut. I do realize that getting a six pack is not just about doing ab exercises, but changing your eating styles. That is where I need help. What sort of foods should i be eating to burn off belly fat?

Can i get a six pack if I…..?

Am I able to get a six pack even if I do not eat much protein and calories each day, but if I do lots of cardio exercise along with ab work outs like sit-ups, pull-ups, etc.? I’m just wondering, because many people tell me that getting six pack abs is all about eliminating the fat between, on top, and around the ab muscles.
